Overview:

When there is no water cooling, the detector can work reliably for a long time in the environment of temperature up to 70 °C. After cooling with water, the detector can work at an ambient temperature of 120°C.
The digital smart looper scanner has the following features:

b. It has the function of direct display of quantity (digital display), which makes installation and debugging more convenient.
c. It can completely replace the looper detectors of DELTA and DENIALI CEDA.
d. Three kinds of signals can be output: voltage quantity, current quantity and switch quantity.
Principle:
The detector receives infrared rays radiated from high-temperature objects (wires, bars) and directly image it on the CCD sensor. Through the optical system, the position of the object in the detection area and the position of the image on the CCD are in a one-to-one correspondence, which is in a linear relationship. into an signal corresponding to the position of the object. The detector has two output forms, which can be output at the same time, one is output , and the other is switch output (contact output and level output).
