The laser detector in the furnace is a new generation of high-power laser detector developed by our factory. It is especially aimed at the harsh working sites in the metallurgical industry, and adopts a high power laser with a peak power of 60W.

The semiconductor infrared laser tube is used as the emission source, so it has a very strong penetrating ability and a very long operating distance.

The furnace laser detector has the following characteristics:

1. Pode funcionar em ambientes adversos (tais como altas temperaturas, humidade, névoa de água, poeira e outros ambientes agressivos).

2. Pode trabalhar de forma contínua e fiável durante um longo período de tempo.

3. The detector integrates power supply, controlador e saída, and is easy to install.

2. Emission light source: Infrared semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 905nm;

5. Output:

(1) Transmitter:

A set of normally open and normally closed relay signal outputs: When the transmitter is working normally, the relay is disconnected; When the transmitter is working abnormally, the relay closes. Maximum load capacity DC30V/10A, 250VAC/10A

(2) Receiver:

A set of push-pull level output: maximum load capacity of 100mA, with overload protection and short circuit protection. The output polarity can be switched through an internal on-off dip switch, with a response time of 10ms.

A set of relay outputs: response time of 20ms, maximum load capacity of DC30V/10A, 250VAC/10A

Optional energy receiving alarm output: MOS relay output, maximum load capacity DC60V/2.5A. When the received energy is ≤ 20, the MOS relay closes

6. Environmental temperature range- 25℃~70℃

7. Power consumption: transmitter 5W; Receiver no-load power consumption 5W, full load power consumption 15W

8. Anti environmental light drying: 10000LUX, suitable for detecting objects below 1200 °C.
